Salon Etiquette
To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for you and all of our guests, please review the following guidelines:
Arrive Early
We encourage guests to arrive a few minutes early to fully enjoy their experience. If you arrive late, please understand that your service may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest.
Appointment Confirmations
As a courtesy, we send appointment confirmations via call, text, or email approximately 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation, we encourage you to contact the salon to verify your appointment details.
Check-In Policy
Please check in with our salon coordinators at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we cannot guarantee extensions to scheduled service times. Full charges may still apply.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in service pricing and are always appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Clients who cancel on the same day of their appointment or fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total services booked to the credit card on file.
We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact our team and limit availability for other guests.
Appointments
Appointments are based on availability, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-in guests are always welcome, and we will do our best to accommodate you. A credit card is required to reserve all chemical treatment appointments.
Your Health
Please inform us at the time of booking of any hair conditions, health concerns, allergies, injuries, or special circumstances that may affect your services.
